Marina's are a valuable asset and need to be maintained to:

  • prevent deterioration leading to components coming adrift and/or doing damage in high winds or stormy weather
  • avoid premature wearing of – timbers, concrete and steel components requiring expensive replacements
  • prevent damage to clients boats
  • prevent injury to clients, visitors and marina employees
  • reduce insurance liability
  • protect the marina reputation

In some cases, poor marina maintenance can have catastrophic consequences, with one failure leading to a domino effect. We protect the marina, boats and lives reducing insurance liability and damage and the name of/reputation of a marina. Work that we can do includes:

  • concrete floats – dissemble/reinstatement
  • removal and rebuilding timber work
  • half life refurbishment
  • work on piles guides
  • pile guide units with wear ring or rollers
  • repairs and replacements of concrete fingers
  • steel work – replacement of loops, guides, tying off D's and cleats
  • private jetty's
  • jetty ramp safety screens
  • replacement of marina through bolts
